1. Who is the data controller?

We make every effort to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable laws.

4. How long do we store your data?
We store your data only for as long as necessary. If you create an account in our store – until it is deleted. Data related to order fulfillment is kept for the period required by tax laws (usually 5 years from the end of the calendar year). Data processed based on consent (e.g., newsletter subscription) is deleted immediately after its withdrawal.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have a number of rights. At any time, you can:

- request deletion of data (the right to be forgotten) or restriction of its processing,
