§4 Order Placement and Processing
To conclude a Sales Agreement, an order must be placed via the Store's website:
- The Customer selects a product and clicks the "Add to cart" button.

The Seller reserves the right to verify the placed order in cases raising reasonable doubts (e.g., providing false data).
If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order in whole or in part (e.g., due to lack of stock), they will immediately inform the Customer, proposing: cancellation of the entire order (refund), cancellation of part of the order, or (in special cases) substitute performance of the same quality and purpose. The decision is up to the Customer.

It is recommended to check the parcel in the presence of the courier, and in case of damage, to draw up a damage report, which will facilitate the claim process with the carrier.
§7 Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unambiguous statement must be submitted (e.g., by sending an e-mail to ... or a letter by post to the registered office address). You may use the model withdrawal form attached at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
Effects of withdrawal:
- The Customer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the day they informed about the withdrawal from the contract.
- The Seller shall refund all payments received, including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Store).
- The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until the Consumer supplies evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
- The direct costs of returning the goods (return shipping) are borne by the Customer.
Liability for the condition of the goods:
The returned goods should be in a state enabling their further resale as wholesome products. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means that if the returned goods show signs of use (e.g., makeup stains, smell of perfume/washing powder, creases indicating wear), are damaged, or lack original tags, the Seller has the right to charge the Consumer for the diminished value, which will result in a corresponding reduction of the refund amount.
In the case of purchasing a product as part of a set (e.g., two-pack, promotional set, product for 1 grosz), withdrawal from the contract applies to the entire set. It is not possible to return only a part of the set while maintaining the promotional conditions, unless the regulations of a specific promotion state otherwise.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer, among others, in respect of contracts:
- in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs (e.g., a custom-made product);
- in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
- in which the subject of the service are items which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
§8 Complaints (Non-conformity of goods with the contract)
The Seller is obliged to deliver to the Customer goods free from defects and in conformity with the concluded contract.
In the event that the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the Consumer is entitled to the rights specified in the Consumer Rights Act. The Consumer may request repair or replacement of the goods. If repair or replacement is impossible or would require excessive costs, the Consumer may submit a statement on price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
Complaints should be submitted electronically to the address ... or in writing. The notification should include a description of the defect and the Customer's data.
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
Exclusion of B2B liability: In the case of Customers who are not Consumers (Entrepreneurs), the Seller's liability under the statutory warranty for physical and legal defects of the item is excluded in accordance with Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code.
§9 Final Provisions
The administrator of personal data is the Seller. Detailed rules for data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy available at: ...
The Customer is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature in the Store.
Verification of reviews: In the case of publishing product reviews, the Seller stipulates that only verified reviews may be published. The Seller verifies reviews by providing a link to leave a review exclusively to customers who actually purchased the product, or by checking whether the reviewer's e-mail address is listed in the database of completed orders.
A Customer who is a Consumer has the opportunity to use out-of-court methods for resolving complaints and pursuing claims, including via the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
